I've been thinking about it ever since shoji_tokairin showed me this site called ommatidia.org. For those who are simply too lazy to open it up, it's pretty much a dumpsite for drabble of all sorts (mostly original work i reckon), the catch being that the word count is limited to 101 words. I'm quite sure a whole lot of us enjoy writing - but sometimes simply lack the motivation of numbers to do so ahahaha - so I was wondering if I were to create an lj community for all of us to put in our drabble, how many of you would be interested in joining? I ask this because I want to find out if creating a community or simply starting a solo effort on my own would be better.

No holds barred writing, all except for the limited word count. We can even throw in challenge posts, and you guys can write out your submissions over at the comment section :) What say you? Interested?

Well, to be honest I have no idea how old you are, but let it be known that - as a man - you do not age; you simply become more distinguished. I was partly tempted to go snarfing around for you actual birth year, but I figured I'd do something much more fun and image google 'dusty' just to see what I got. You know, just to determine how popular you were on the internets...? And lo and behold, the results were marvelous, dude.

First up, you have Dusty the Dog. Then, along the same vein of animals, there was Dusty Munchkin the Red Kitten. Hm, a little to the eclectic side, but I was looking for something more cool more...Dusty. So I ventured deeper into the unknown realms of Image google and found...the Dusty Engine, which to me hardly sounds like the name you'd want to use for an IT project but hurr to each their own really.
